Players who purchase H1Z1 on Steam prior to Feb. The games will cost $19.99 each and feature optional in-game microtransactions. King of the Kill will exit early access this summer, and be available on Windows PC as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The arena shooter will include the popular Battle Royale mode, as well as other new and evolving gameplay options. H1Z1: King of the Kill will focus on instanced multiplayer combat. H1Z1: Just Survive will retain H1Z1s's open-world, persistent multiplayer gameplay, as well as its crafting and base building features. Daybreak Game Company ( formerly Sony Online Entertainment) tells Polygon that one of the titles will leave Steam Early Access and formally launch on Windows PC and consoles this summer while the other will remain in the program for the foreseeable future. The Xbox One version of the game is still in development.H1Z1, the zombie-themed multiplayer online survival game, is splitting into two different products. H1Z1: Battle Royale is now available for the PC and PS4. Currently, the season pass for H1Z1 is priced at $5.49, which is relatively cheaper than Fortnite’s battle pass that runs for $10.

Similar to Fortnite, the game will also include a battle pass, that will give players access to a set of challenges and customization options such as outfits, and aesthetic changes for weapons. Of course, PS Plus members will get exclusive bonus content that will include different cosmetic items, and an emote. A couple of individual launch bundles are also available in the PlayStation store and prices will start at $5 up. Similar to other games in the battle royale genre, H1Z1 is a free-to-play game, offering a plethora of content and in-game currency in exchange for real-world money. Now, the game is out of beta and is available to download on the PlayStation Store. A couple of weeks ago, an announcement was made regarding the full PS4 release of H1Z1: Battle Royale, which has been in open beta since May of this year.
